A Broader Look at Web-Based Malware: Mapping the Threat to Better Fight It

This report attempts to address one of the major challenges in fighting badware: identifying and holding responsible the many parties involved in keeping the Web safe. It was written by Harvard Kennedy School of Government student Boris Jamet-Fournier as a project for the Chain of Trust Initiative (StopBadware, the National Cyber Security Alliance, and the Anti-Spyware Coalition).
