Hi Matt. I'm not quite sure which piece of legislation you're talking about here--perhaps the FCC's Open Internet Rules? We don't know of any websites that post a list of ALL current malicious or fraudulent websites; however, StopBadware maintains a (free) searchable list of current badware websites. You can search for specific URLs at https://stopbadware.org/home/reportsearch. We are not a membership organization, but you're free to contribute to or learn from our online community, BadwareBusters.org. We do not advertise on our website or blog in any way; as an independent non-profit organization, we do not endorse or recommend any products or services. For the time being, it's going to stay that way! BadwareBusters.org has recommendations for products and services--free and otherwise--from community members and moderators. For specific resources, I suggest you search the forum.
