Caitlin Condon, Raconteur

Caitlin Condon joined StopBadware in 2010 as a Raconteur. She tells the StopBadware story through online communities and marketing copy while coordinating communication between people at all points on the technological spectrum.

Caitlin holds bachelor’s degrees from the University of Southern California in Theatre and Communications. Prior to arriving on StopBadware’s doorstep, she worked in communications at Equipois, Inc. in Los Angeles and taught English in South Korea. She drinks inordinate amounts of coffee and occasionally attempts to wear high heels—without success.

Isaac Meister, Staff Technologist

Isaac Meister joined StopBadware in 2010 as a Staff Technologist. He oversees the testing infrastructure StopBadware uses to independently review malware reports from our data providers and the community, and works closely with the team to improve StopBadware’s ability to collect data and analyze malware trends.

Isaac holds an A.B. degree in the Classics from Harvard College. He arrived at StopBadware on the heels of a five-year stint at the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University, where he was a member of the Center’s IT/Systems Group and acted as a sometime factotum to the Center’s research projects; he also worked for Harvard Law School’s Prof. Charles Nesson as a litigation, instructional, and technology assistant. He is fascinated by all manner of geekly pursuits, including histor(iograph)y, the law of medieval Europe, cooking, and pop culture—and likes to think he puts the “LOL” in classical philology.

Marie Vasek, Testing Intern

Marie Vasek joined StopBadware in 2011 as a Testing Intern. She provides manual reviews of malware reports from our data providers and the community and also researches the effectiveness of malware reporting.

Marie studies computer science at Wellesley College and researches programming language design for her senior honors thesis. In the random off hour, she enjoys perusing webcomics, playing logic puzzles, and guzzling cheap noodles that come in styrofoam cups.
